The project aims to design an innovative electronic device to measure changes in gene expression of model organisms exposed to microgravity. The device will include units such as a potentiostat, adapter for electrodes, an autonomous washing system, and a sample preparation unit using ultrasonic sonication. Additionally, cell culture plates will be adapted for microgravity environments. The research is based on genes identified by Dr. Laván, focusing on the impact of microgravity on the proliferation of tumor cells. The system will transmit real-time data for analysis. This device has significant applications in biomedical research and space exploration.
