Corporate Attorney with postgraduate studies toward a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Lima, including an international academic training period at the University of Navarra (Spain). She has specialized training in Project Management under PMI standards, Negotiation Strategies, Strategic Human Resource Management by Competencies, and Process Innovation. At BiotechCell S.A.C., she specializes in legal affairs, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and technology transfer management. She is responsible for the protection, administration, and valorization of the company’s scientific assets, leading the negotiation of strategic agreements, licensing arrangements, and partnerships with universities, research institutions, and industry stakeholders. In addition, she contributes her expertise in information governance to the company’s Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D&I) Department, serving as a co-author and supporting the methodological and technological framework of the company’s recent scientific publication in Frontiers in Oncology (2026). Her multidisciplinary approach ensures regulatory excellence, operational integrity, and the sustainable growth of the organization in collaboration with global partners.

As a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors at BiotechCell S.A.C., she participates in the strategic vision and provides key support to the organization’s corporate and legal affairs. Her background is oriented toward corporate and commercial law, contributing to the regulatory compliance of the firm’s incorporation processes, internal governance, and legal documentation management during its expansion and consolidation stages.
