She has specialized training in Project Management under PMI standards, Negotiation Strategies, Strategic Human Resource Management by Competencies, and Process Innovation.\n\nAt BiotechCell S.A.C., she specializes in legal affairs, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and technology transfer management. She is responsible for the protection, administration, and valorization of the company\u2019s scientific assets, leading the negotiation of strategic agreements, licensing arrangements, and partnerships with universities, research institutions, and industry stakeholders.\n\nIn addition, she contributes her expertise in information governance to the company’s Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D&I) Department, serving as a co-author and supporting the methodological and technological framework of the company\u2019s recent scientific publication in Frontiers in Oncology (2026). Her multidisciplinary approach ensures regulatory excellence, operational integrity, and the sustainable growth of the organization in collaboration with global partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
